We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for homewares?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like bedding cannot be returned once opened.
How do I care for my Wheel&Barrow glassware and ceramics?
To ensure longevity, we recommend hand washing delicate glassware and hand-painted ceramics. Most of our stoneware and porcelain ranges are dishwasher and microwave safe; please check the specific product description or the base of the item for detailed care instructions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging fragile items, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging to arrange a replacement.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at all Wheel&Barrow store locations. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection, typically within 24 hours.
